sets the mathematical school of Irvin and the Society for Mathematical Psychology at defiance.

1. Whom should we address it to? Surely to the most experienced mathematical psychologists. One of the populations of the mathematical psychologists is situated in Irvin. So, we've chosen them.

2. The challenge to a distinguished mathematical psychologist Mr. L. Narens. We hope, Mr. L. Narens's talent will put forward the process of solving the

problem, which means the seeking for the theoretical basis in our science in the mathematical garb – here we mean the problem of axiomatisation of psychology.

3. If fails and Mr. L. Narens offers the axiomatisation of psychology, then it will be the psychology that will win. If all the efforts of lead to success the psychology will win, too. Psychology will lose, if nobody sets, notices the

problems and solves them. To set problems and to resolve them!

4. Our approach means postulating.

We offer two postulates.

The are expressed in the Addition to the Topic Category

List of the XXVII Congress of Psychology in Stockholm 2000 with the number 0.1.

We invite all persons interested to criticize these Postulates.
