Open Letter to XXVII Congress of Psychology, 2000

Ladies and Gentlemen!
Let me inform you on behalf for

the Society for General and Theoretical Psychology

http://www.apa.org.ru
http://www.ap.org.ru

about the atmosphere(*) getting around the XXVII Congress in terms of birth and successful development of the SGTP (Society for General and Theoretical Psychology) and about the perspectives.

So, SGTP (Society for General and Theoretical Psychology ) is an open society in cyber-space of the WWW-net. One of the main features of this societies that the members of the society SGTP are not bound with any official ethical code (as it is with the ethical code of APA), beside that ethical law, which everybody has in his soul. It is a free society and no member has a kind of pressure above him. Every member of the society is absolutely free and open in the expression of his or her opinion. Society for General and Theoretical Psychology works successfully in the cyber-space. It is successfully developing. One can notice the number of the members increasing.

The mail that we recieve is hardly to be read, we can do it only selectively. We use the opportunity to begg our pardons because of this fact and we ask for your allowance and understanding.

The respective opinion of the Society for General and Theoretical Psychology about the Topic Category List of the XXVII Congress is expressed in the letter that was sent to the address of the Congress.
We would remind you that there are 23 abstracts in the Topic Category List (http://www.ap.org.ru/eng/topic.htm) got from the Society for General and Theoretical Psychology , and they have been registered to the Congress with the numbers 440, 441, 442, 443, 444, 445, 504, 505, 506, 540,541, 542, 543, 544, 545, 698, 699, 700, 771, 872, 874, 1197 and 1796. However, the Topic Category List (http://www.ap.org.ru/eng/topic.htm) doesn't cover all Psychological themes.
Society for General and Theoretical Psychology proposes “The Addition to the Topic Category List” (http://www.ap.org.ru/eng/topic.htm). If it is accepted by you, it could be can be discussed at the Congress and in its publications in any form.
In the nearest future, the abstracts 0.0; 0.1; 0.2; 0.3 of the Addition (http://www.ap.org.ru/eng/topic.htm) will be published on Internet Web-site http://www.ap.org.ru in the part of Newsletter.
I have the opportunity to express my respect and gratitude to all the organizers of the Congress. I release what the organization of such a great arrangement as the XXVII Congress of Psychology in the scale of our planet has taken.

Sincerely yours,
A.Pestov

(*) here the atmosphere is the characteristic of the semantic space of the times and meanings, which are connected with the symbol (IUPsyS -International Union of Psychological Science (IUPsyS) and with the XXVII Congress of Psychology (http://www.icp2000.se). Here we can notice a problem for the mathematical psychology: to provide the mathematical methods of the integral evaluations of the semantic spaces and times in their changing.
